Services We Provide

At Lifelong Therapy Services we support both adults and children to achieve their goals! We provide Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to individuals with NDIS-funded and private paying clients.

We’re passionate about offering holistic, individualised therapy that meets each person’s unique needs. Our approach is family-centred, focusing not only on progress made in the therapy room but also on building skills that make a real difference in everyday life. We enjoy involving family members and carers in sessions, providing education and support so they feel confident in helping the client continue their journey beyond therapy.

Speech Pathology Assessment

We offer both formal and informal assessments tailored to each individual. These assessments help us gain a clear and thorough understanding of our clients’ strengths and needs. If you already have a recent assessment and report (within the last 3–6 months), our therapists can begin therapy straight away using your existing treatment plan.

Analysis of Assessment & Report

Following assessment, we complete a detailed analysis to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth. For both NDIS and private clients, we provide clear, comprehensive reports that outline findings, therapy recommendations, and practical strategies to support progress across home, school, work, and community settings.

Ongoing Therapy & Reviews

From the assessment findings, we establish an individualised treatment plan with clear, measurable goals. Therapy is provided through consistent, evidence-based sessions, and progress is monitored through regular reviews. These reviews ensure goals remain relevant, outcomes are tracked, and the plan is adjusted to meet the client’s evolving needs.

How Does Telehealth Work?

Telehealth makes it possible to access therapy support from anywhere in Australia. At Lifelong Therapy Services, we offer both assessments and ongoing therapy online for individuals who may not have local services available. Telehealth is a highly effective way to deliver therapy, and we have seen excellent outcomes for many clients who choose this option.

Ensure You Have a Laptop or Computer

A tablet can work too, but a laptop or computer usually makes it easier to join in and follow along.

Have Stable Internet Connection

Good Wi-Fi is all you need — being closer to your router can help keep things smooth.

We Send You a Zoom Link via Email

You will receive a Zoom link in your appointment confirmation email. When your session is due to start simply click on this link (you don't need to have Zoom downloaded), allow access to your camera and microphone and then the meeting will commence.

If you have any issues finding the link your therapist can always resend it to you.

Let’s work together!

You don’t need a referral to book an appointment with us. We welcome private and NDIS-funded clients! All our therapists are medicare registered. Our practice is also NDIS registered.

Once the form is submitted, our friendly team will review your information and get back to you within 1-3 business days with available appointment options and our formal intake forms.
